All bookings are done via booking site at https://chillhousemiamistudios.mypixieset.com/portfolio/ everything you need to know will be there for your review before submitting payment. All Non Member Photographers and clients and guests attending the session must sign the waiver prior to arrival https://form.jotform.com/242818547722160.
Before arrival, please ensure you the renter has filled out our general liability form. You must add all guests names and have them sign as well. Even children must be listed. We have attached it here for easier reference. This can be filled out online prior to arrival or on-site before the session. No access to the studio will be allowed if this is not completed.

Creatives & Clients can Park on Yellow Visitor Spaces, 4552, 4558 or 4562 ONLY. Street Parking is also available.
*We highly recommend arriving at our studio 15 minutes before the start of your booking so that you can find parking, call the studio for access, and get Wi-Fi details.
*To keep our studio floors and furniture clean, we ask that you remove your outside shoes when you enter the studio office. Plastic Booties are provided at entrance.
*Please note that clients appearing on camera are exempt from this policy, but we kindly ask that they immediately wipe any marks or dirt from their shoes before moving into the studio space. (wet wipes are provided). There is a damage fee for standing on the furniture.
*Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place *All garbage must be placed into garbage cans & all bags should be thrown out in the green large bin outside.
*Our studio is equipped with Security cameras for your safety and we may check in during your studio time if we hear loud noises, dragging of furniture, or suspected violation of studio rules and/or safety.
*Restroom is to be kept tidy after use from your session.
*Our studios cannot be used to shoot pornographic content.
*Music may be played on the provided JBL Speaker (JBL 4) but music must not contain any explicit content.
*No Alcohol is allowed in our Studio
*Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on studio premises.
*Smoking (including recreational drugs) is not permitted inside studio premises.
Your booking is only for the time rented, please be respectful of other's time.
*Renters/Clients are responsible for loading and unloading of their belongings due to liability issues.
*No fire/candle is allowed in the studio.
*No metalic confetti is allowed (paper only)
*No color smoke bombs & No paint
*A fire extinguisher is located inside the closet and by the bay. door on the side.
*Please note that failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other bookers, will result in immediate termination of your booking and can result in a permanent ban from Chill House Miami Studios Inc.
*Maximum of 10 people in studio
*We ask that you please stop 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking time to ensure that the studio is left in its original condition. *Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place, and all garbage must be collected and disposed of in the outside large green bin. Garbage bags must be replaced.
*If studio is found dirty, messy and garbage left behind, there will be a $50 cleaning fee added to your booking.
*Please do not step on the furniture with shoes, and assure indoor shoe covers are worn when entering the studio. We will provide you with shoe covers if you need them.
*If your client is taking pictures in their outdoor shoes, they must wipe them down with the provided wipes.
*If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs.
*Please do not bring candles into the studio. Open-flame candles drip wax onto floors and other surfaces, causing damage.
Floors/furniture need to be covered if you are doing a cake smash at the studio. You can use the White Floor boards to use as floor covering. Buttercream often leaves slippery floors and they must be mopped before the next booking.
*No open flame, dry ice, sparkers or smoke machines are allowed at the studio.
*No Metalic Confetti, colored smoke or paint is allowed in the studio.
*Book extra time if you need additional time for set up and pick up.
If there are damages to the floor/furniture/props / V-Flats, or any other studio equipment, including extension cords during your booking, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages.
*Broken furniture leg damage fee is $100, floor damage and deep scratches can range from $100-$200 depending on the extent of the damage, and furniture damage is subject to the cost to replace.
*Your booking is for the time you reserved. If you require additional time to set up / take down, please factor it into your booking. If you need extra time and studio is available, you can rent an extra 30 minutes at $65.
*No tapes on walls
Your bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled through your booking confirmation email 24 hours prior to your booking time. Please note that you will not get a monetary refund only a studio credit that does not expire.
No-show appointments will not receive any studio credit
Cancelling a booking with less than 24 hours notice can result in a day of cancellation. Please email us at Chillhousemiamistudios@gmail.com if you are trying to cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
Please assure to clarify these policies with your clients
We have a Makeup area for your clients, just assure you consider this time into your booking! This is a great way to deliver an elevated experience to your client. If you need a highly recommended MUA, please reach out to us for a list of Professionals we love working with. As always, assure that Makeup area is cleaned if the space is used.
Our studio has free Wi-Fi for all studio guests. Please refer to booking reminder text for the username/password.
We welcome pets at our location!
There is a $50 Fee for up to 2 Pets so you must disclose this at time of booking.
There is also a $300 refundable deposit required
All pets must be leashed and attended to at all times.
In order to keep the studio free of allergens, we spend extra time cleaning the studio and removing pet hair after any photoshoot that includes a pet.
